About Freedom Fresh

Freedom Fresh is a local, family-owned and operated South Florida food distributor specializing in fresh produce, dairy, specialty and processed items.

Founded by Walter Vazquez Sr. and his two sons, Walter Vazquez Jr. and Jorge Vazquez, Freedom Fresh opened its doors in 2001 to service South Florida with the highest level of customer service and quality produce.

What began with a team of about thirty employees has grown into a full service produce operation with divisions responsible for foodservice, wholesale, retail, cruise ship, export and third party handling and storage.

Founded on our commitment to quality and customer service is what makes Freedom Fresh, “Masters of Quality Produce”.
